Intense Workout Challenge (Video)

Each round consists of:

5 pushups

10 sit-ups

15 squats

This is an Intense Workout Challenge, so I want you to do as many rounds as you can in 10 min. Let me know how many you did in the comment section below, and the winner will get a shout out in one of my next fitness videos.

    I got stopped on my 6th sit up on my 15th set, so I got 14 full sets…It was a great warm up/cool down

  2. Just got done doing it myself and I got 21 1/2 rounds in 10 minutes. What did you get?
